How is it that SunRayCity eyewear is so inexpensive?
Our team is constantly searching for eyewear from our suppliers in Europe, Asia and North America for the best selection and competitive pricing. To keep costs low, we do not generally stock the newest styles but rather the popular and harder to find ones.
Will I be responsible to paying additional taxes or duties?
USA buyers with combined purchases of up to $800 do not pay any taxes. Buyers in Canada are subject to provincial taxes on sunglasses but eyeglasses are tax exempt. For the rest of the world, you will be responsible for taxes and/or duties. We do not reimburse duties and taxes on returned products. Contact us ahead of ordering with any questions.
Do you provide prescription lens services?
We are not setup to provide the prescription, you would need to have this done at your preferred optical shop.
Do you accept insurance direct billing?
We are currently not setup for direct billing but can provide your with a detailed invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement submission.
Do you ship WorldWide?
While we do our best to serve customers on every continent, sometimes we restrict certain countries usually due to a history of “lost” packages. While using a courier is sometimes a solution, it may be too costly for us to absorb. There is another solution which would be to employ a mail forwarding company based in the USA or Canada. Just perform a Google search using the terms mail forwarding to (insert your country). We can also suggest some reputable companies in case you were interested.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped every day from Monday to Friday before noon (EST). Orders placed after noon during the week day and on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
How Do I track my order?
You will receive an order shipped notification once it has left our warehouse.
Is my credit card information secure?
We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with SunRayCity.com. We do not store any credit card information on our website. We use PayPal to process all order payments. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with SunRayCity.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
