Was able to contact the seller. Since it s a global shipping I recommend at least putting the product in a plastic bag properly just in case or cover the lense cleaner cap with a tape. Glasses was in good condition and seller communication was prompt.

I purchased Oliver Peoples frames at SunRayCity, which were unavailable anywhere else. I live in Germany, so I was concerned about the logistics, etc. The customer support was great. Had a manufacturing issue with a pair I just bought. Messaged them and had a full refund in the bank that very day. Bought another pair from them to replace those with. Customer service from yesteryear where people mattered, not the dollar. Will definitely be back buying more as I usually get 2 to 3 years out of a good pair till I turn them into everyday glasses, mowing, trimming, etc, and will purchase a new pair. Customer for life.

I had a pair of sunglasses that broke, and could not get hold of the manufacturer to source a spare frame. SunRayCity had a similar pair that I was able to purchase and swap for the better lenses I had in my broken pair (photochromatic). Purchased in the UK, and sent from shop in Canada without any issues. Delivery included and in good time. Thanks
